Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy "Hotel Aria di mare"

These conditions apply to the contract stipulated between Ocean Hotel & Resort SRL (hereinafter OHR) and the customers of the structure (hereinafter guests) and are applied to every booking received also through portals and OTA channels. The reservation assumes the value of a contract following the confirmation sent to the customer who has successfully completed the booking procedure. For anything not mentioned in these conditions, the provisions of the Italian legislation in force apply.

 

Reservation

You can send an availability request by email or through the online booking system on our website and wait for our response.

Following the request, an offer (non-binding) will be sent to you. The reservation is to be considered confirmed, only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the customer has sent the data of a credit card as a guarantee or alternatively has paid the deposit for an amount equal to the price of the first night, to be made within 3 days of our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be considered void.

The reservation becomes binding for Hotel Aria di Mare only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the deposit or of the credit card details to be sent to the e-mail address (you@oceanhotelresort.com).

Upon receipt of the payment data, the Hotel will send the customer a confirmation e-mail. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. Any inaccuracies or changes must be received no later than 4 days from receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.

Upon arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.

To make any changes to your booking you need to contact the reception staff, who will do everything possible to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that this request will be fulfilled. If the booking is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.

Payment

 
General conditions:

The reservation can be confirmed by the customer by communicating the data of a credit card as guarantee. Alternatively, a deposit must be paid (excluding tourist tax and optional services) no later than 3 days from the date of booking confirmation. In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is void. The same goes for the balance.

The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to the price of the first night. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation or non-presentation.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer and credit card.

The balance of the reservation and any extras must be paid upon departure.

Send the copy of the bank transfer receipt by fax: +39.0932.615441 or by email: you @ oceanhotelresort.com indicating the date of your reservation, telephone number and email address. You will receive confirmation in writing by email.

 

Advance payment, "Non Refundable":

If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to the credit card or requested by bank transfer. The entire amount is not refundable under any circumstances. Different payment terms may apply during certain periods. Please refer to your booking confirmation.

Extension of stay:

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and rate changes.

 

Cancellation Policy (individual bookings):

Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing by email. For the cancellation conditions please refer to your booking confirmation.

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes made up to 3 days before arrival, 30% of the cost of the first night will be charged. For cancellations or changes after the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the first night for each room canceled for stays up to 3 nights will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee, while for longer stays, the 50% of the total amount of the stay. booked up.

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate; in this case the amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the reservation and will not be returned in case of cancellation.

Cancellations for the high season periods corresponding to 10th - 17th August will be accepted up to two weeks before the check-in date.

OHR reserves the right to credit the full amount due in case of cancellations after two weeks before the check-in date.

No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken who is therefore required to pay the entire booked stay.

 

NoShow (no show):

In case of no show, the deposit will be withheld, or yes will charge to the credit card given as guarantee the full cost of the first night, subject to the rules set out in the Cancellation Policy.

Early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay.

Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

 

Rooming list:

The group contact person is responsible for sending the final guest list as soon as possible and in any case not less than 15 days before arrival.

 

Causes of force majeure:

The management declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.
